Industrial projects often overlap the engineering with construction which usually results in many changes to the plan, scope, and budget. Without proper management to those changes the project will suffer from schedule delays and budget overrun. In this webinar we will discuss how to properly plan, monitor, and control projects that have numerous inevitable changes.

About the Presenters:

Amr Tarek is a Project Controls Engineer with more than 9 years’ experience in projects planning, monitoring & controlling. Bachelor’s degree in Construction engineering and management and Certified as Cost Professional (CCP) from the AACE. Data Analysis Professional with experience in data wrangling using python.

Mohamed Khalaf is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in EPC, Oil & Gas and industrial projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA from Royal British College-UK, CPEM from ASEM, Member of Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Certified as Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ and professional member.
