Development & Governance of the ProFM® Credential

In February of 2018, the Professional Facility Management Institute (ProFMI) launched the ProFM credential as a new global standard for the built environment knowledge and competency.  Prior to the credential’s introduction, a Commission was appointed, consisting of industry thought leaders from around the world, to validate and govern the ProFM Body of Knowledge.  This ProFMI Commission currently consists of:

Delivering ProFM Training to the World

The ProFM Credential Program was developed to teach the ProFM Body of Knowledge and deliver the ProFM credential online Final Assessments. This program utilizes a variety of learning styles including self-study, coached self-study, corporate/group training, and instructor-led courses.  Our instructors are selected and qualified based upon industry knowledge and experience in the delivery of professional development programs and have earned their ProFM credential.
