ASEM 2023 International Annual Conference

The conference will be in-person with a hybrid component on the last day.

Call for paper: IAC Call for Papers

The 2023 conference will begin on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, 1:00 PM MDT (UTC-6) and end on Saturday, October 28th, 2023, 12:00 PM MDT (UTC -6). Scheduled technical presentations for accepted papers and abstracts will begin on Thursday, October 26th, 2023, 8:00 AM MDT (UTC -6) and end on Saturday, October 28th, 2022, 12:00 PM MDT (UTC -6). In-person presentation will be scheduled on Thursday (Oct. 26) and Friday (Oct. 27), and virtual presentation will be schedule on Saturday (Oct. 28).

Conference Registration

In addition to entrance fees for exciting workshops, keynote speaker events, and special presentations, conference registration includes special awards and scholarship presentations.

To register, visit https://asem.org/event-5189084/Registration. For accepted presenters, the first presentation is offered without charge. Each addition presentation per registration will incur an additional fee of $100.
