The future belongs to leaders who can lead change. At the current rate of technology evolution, engineering and technology leaders must adapt to ambiguous situations that are constantly changing. In this workshop, we will discuss how process re-engineering must combine with design thinking and innovation to create target states that meet future clients needs and drive operational efficiency while improving risk.
