Engineering managers continue to manage increasingly uncertain work environments such that traditional approaches to leadership, including forecast-based strategies are less effective[1]. We need both new, adaptive approaches to leadership as well as innovative care models and practices to solve complex problems. In this ASEM Academic Partnership Webinar hosted by Dr. Wiljeana Jackson Glover will define innovation leadership using three major principles: (1) adapting to complexity, (2) building creative, experimenting teams, and (3) encouraging self and employee voicing through compassion.
