Lean Six Sigma: A catalyst to improve healthcare strategic planning | Medical News

Most organizations support the idea that the human resource is the most important resource in any process. However, the application of this idea is not as easy as it may seem. Managers and employees become frustrated when working under pressure. Many times the bonds of a team are broken reducing the ability to succeed. Dr. Jiménez will share some anecdotes on important human interactions, and how a combination of Six Sigma tools, leadership, teamwork and empathy can deliver amazing results in continuous improvement projects.
