Certified Knowledge Provider Application Process

Individuals or organizations seeking to become a Certified Knowledge Provider for ASEM must submit the following via the online application process via Microsoft forms:

1. Submit application package to ASEM containing the following:

a. Completed and jointly signed agreement form, in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the ASEM (sample)

b.Resume showing evidence of training, education, and experience to support the application.

c. CPEM credential: Issuance date, number, expiration.

d. Statement of training plans: what topics, which countries/locations, frequency of offering, flow to CxEM exams.

e. NDA/confidentiality agreement for ASEM IP. Focus is on their licensed use of these materials; agreement not to share, post, disseminate, or otherwise distribute ASEM content beyond the parameters allowed in this contract. (link)

f. Payment

i. Individuals: $250 USD license fee for certification for each individual CKPo. (link)

ii. Organizations: Bronze membership by the organization for each of the two years of this agreement. (link)

2. Verification process by ASEM Director of Professional Development and Continuing Education, in conjunction with the review committee, the Executive Board, and WHQ:

a. Each trainer holds a valid and current ASEM professional membership.

b. Each trainer holds a valid and current CPEM from the ASEM.

c. Payments

Consequences for violating the agreements (may include: revocation of use privilege, revocation of e-badge, putting on the “do not train” list, requirement to “make good” by removing posted content, notifying those who have the content to remove/destroy/discard any such content).
