Call for Papers - The Second International Forum on Engineering Management & the 10th China Engineering Management Forum (IFEM & CEMF 2016)

The construction of “the Belt and Road initiative”(B&R) take infrastructure construction as a priority. Thus China must cooperate with neighboring countries to carry out the construction of energy infrastructure and safety of oil pipe and gas pipe. Besides, we will promote cross-border electricity and transmission channel construction, cross-border fiber optic communication lines and other network construction, and expand the exchange of information and cooperation. B&R will also establish a disease prevention and control facility system, an emergency response facility system and an ecological and environmental engineering management system.

Under this circumstance, the Division of Engineering Management of the Chinese Academy of Engineering initiates the second International Forum on Engineering Management (IFEM 2016), themed “The Project Management of Infrastructure Construction”, followed by the 10th China Engineering Management Forum (CEMF 2016), themed “The Project Management of the Belt and Road Construction”.

IFEM & CEMF 2016 aims to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals around the world to exchange new ideas, research findings and solutions concerning project management of infrastructure construction and the project management of the Belt and Road construction.

Manuscript Format Requirements

Papers must be submitted in English, and must be clear, direct, concise and readable. No strict limit is set on the length, but papers of about 20 thousand letters (including spaces) to 40 thousand letters (including spaces) are best welcome. And papers must meet the requirements of the sixth edition APA format (See: The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, the Sixth Edition).

Important Dates

Full paper submission deadline: May 1, 2016. The paper should be submitted to cemf2015@126.com.

Notification of acceptance: June 15, 2016.

Foreign authors need to submit and register a month in advance so as to arrange a valid visa and handle other procedures.
